Yogurt Sauce and French Fries

Forget ketchup! Today I dipped my french fries into the yogurt sauce I made the other night (chaka, recipe below). It was fantastic! This beats french fries and sour cream hands down!

Interesting. I have been put on a strict liquid diet for the next 2 days because of my gallbladder issues. I have a scan for tomorrow and a follow-up on Friday to check for gallstones.

Interesting. I like the drinkable yogurt.

I am on a liquid diet until Friday. I am having gallbladder issues again. I have an appt for a scan tomorrow and a follow-up with my dr on Friday to check for gallstones. FUN!
