I finally got my Central Asian cuisine blog working. I try to use recipes that are authentic as possible. I also try to share some techniques that I have learned. I will also share some American adaptations, cheap adaptations, and healthy adaptations to the food. The recipes were all tested in my kitchen.

I’ll have to try some of those. You should add your Bulgogi recipe, JJ made it with chicken and it was really good.

Yeah, you can make it with chicken. THat is pretty much chicken teriyaki. Pork is also popular.
