The will metions mother Ann Barrow, John and Ann Rust, children of Benjamin and Sarah Rust, Ann, daughter of Elizabeth Bayly, kinsman William Brockenbrough. Brother-in-law Benjamin Rust and William Brockenbrough, executors, and he requests Mr. Marmaduke Beckwith and brother Gilbert Metcalfe to advise. Dated Nov. 8, 1728. Proved Dec 4, 1728.
