The Tucker Family in Pictures

John Roberts Tucker was born 14 Feb 1800 in Culpepper County, Virginia and is the son of William Tucker and Jemima Roberts.

He married Isabella P. Tatum who was the daughter of Nathaniel Tatum and Lucy Ford. She was born December 10, 1810 and is from Madison County, Virginia.

They had first daughters 1. Lucy Mary (1835) and 2. Jemima Ann (b. 1837, married John Page Yowell)

Then they had 3. Eliza Ellen Tucker who was born in 1838 and married James Swan.

DEATH OF M. J. PATRICK

County Commissioner M. J. Patrick died at his home on 6th Street at 7
o’clock yesterday morning after a lingering illness of several months. His
death was the result of paralysis which rendered him unconscience several
weeks ago, but a decided rally was the occasion of hope for recovery. Last
Wednesday night consciousness again left him and the intelligence of his
impending death was a source of unanimous regret.Mr. Patrick was born in Spalding County 65 years ago the 25th of this month, and for 45 years was a prominant and influential citizen of Griffin.

P. H. Patrick of Atlanta
On December 28, 1907, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Patrick visited Mr. and Mrs. M. J. Patrick in Griffin, Georgia.

On January 4, 1908,  Miss Kathleen Cunningham and Lizzie McFadden went to Atlanta after visiting Mrs. M.J. Patrick. (Mr. M. J. Patrick had already passed away)

On February 1, 1908 Miss Kate Patrick went to Atlanta to a performance of Madam Caive at the Grande.

On January 6, 1908 Mrs. May Cunningham was the guest of her mother, Mrs. M.J. Patrick.
