Chicken
garlic (I put a tablespoon but I LOVE garlic)
tablespoon of shallots
half a stalk of lemon grass
choice of stir fry veggies like carrots and cabbage (I put broccoli and hated it)
rice noodles, chicken broth, salt
First stir fry the garlic and shallots and put a little bit of season salt. Then stir fry the chicken (I baked my chicken before) I added a little bit of chicken broth, thought to too salty and added more water. Then I stir fried the veggies and added lemon grass. Cooked until veggies were soft. added salt to taste. Drain cooked rice noodles and add to veggie mixture. It was good, but boy do I miss soy sauce!!
