A huge challenge for me was to manage my home in Hawaii. You might think, in paradise?? Well, paradise gets hot and I didn’t have air conditioning. Food is very expensive. You learn quickly that cooking Asian food helps to save money and that a daily early afternoon trip to the pool followed by lunch is a great way to get through the hot day. Your home must be spotless or you get a major bug problem. You can earn extra money by recycling bottles.

I miss my fellow housewife friends in Hawaii. Play dates in Hawaii are the best. There is always the beach year round!!!
