The Happy Homemaker

This week there has been a lot of changes. Victoria started Kindergarten this week. Because of that I am forced into a routine. I needed a routine anyways so that is fine. I am still getting used to it. I take naps when my youngest two do and spend most of my day in a haze.

The first day was rough. I was unable to nap because the boys wouldn’t cooperate. Then Victoria got on the wrong bus so we spent two hours trying to find her. She finally got home at 6 PM. We then went to her favorite Chinese buffet because by then we were all too exhausted to do much else. I don’t know for sure but I think the restaurant got a new cook because the food was delicious and very authentic. She told me about her day. She seemed to really like school and was a very brave and strong girl to be on that bus for two hours. She didn’t cry once.

Then, Jon Jon got sick. He had bloody diarrhea. I called the doctor. Since he didn’t have a fever and has no other symptoms they said that it was not an emergency and to keep him hydrated. He ended up ok. Also, I had a nail in my tire and my tire was going flat.

The next day we got Victoria on the bus fine. A friend watched Jon Jon while I got the tire fixed. The boys and I took a two hour nap. Victoria got off the bus on time with no problem.
