The Happy Homemaker

February was a rough month for my family. My husband got laid off, he got Bell’s Palsy and became seriously ill, I was super sick and had gastroenterological problems.  At the time we felt like it was the end of the world.

Then my husband got a temporary job with Google and did some work for the Army Reserves. We had plenty of money to survive the next few months while my husband searched for a job.

Two weeks ago I started to get sick. I had an inner ear infection. Then I got sick from the anti-biotics, then I caught a really bad cold. On the day when I was at my most ill, Aziz found out that Google no longer needed him to do the temporary work. Our lease is about to go up and we need to move.

I hope that this is just a signal of a good transition. I hope and pray my husband gets a job soon.
