The Happy Homemaker

Yeah, I saw Norbit. This is the most annoying movie I have ever seen. Eddy Murphy’s Raspushia’s voice is still in my brain, probably killing brain cells. It was gross, and just plain out stupid. The plot itself wasn’t too bad. I think it would have been better if an actual woman played Raspushia.

Norbit is a nerdy boy who was left at an orphange. There he lived in bliss with his best friend. They even had a pretend wedding. The girl got adopted and Norbit was left alone. Then big Raspushia comes along. She protects Norbit and becomes his girlfriend. They were together all through school. They eventually got married. Raspushia then cheats on Norbit. Right about this time his old childhood sweetheart comes to town wanting to buy the orphanage they grew up in. She is engaged to a man who turns out to be a crook.

See, the plot isn’t so bad, but Eddie Murphy’s gross Raspushia ruins the film. Like I said, I can still hear that annoying voice in my head.
