Every once in a while I will cook the perfect meal that really fills me up. That is usually when I follow the recipe!

I used to be a very good meatloaf maker. I always received compliments on my meatloaf. That is because I use my mother’s delicious recipe. Her meatloaf is moist and the tomato sauce is on the inside rather than on the outside. Because of my mother I usually don’t like other people’s meatloaf. However, the past few months I tried other meatloaf recipes that were big misses one my daughter spit out in disgust.

Last night I made meatloaf exactly like my mothers and made baked potatoes with it. It came out moist and delicious and I had enough for leftovers. I think from now on I will just stick to my mother’s recipes instead of trying to experiment.
