On December 7:

1941- The Japanese attack Pearl Harbor killing 2,300 Americans. “A date which will live in infamy!” I had the opportunity to go to Pearl Harbor. To this day you get a strange feeling of sadness for the young men who were killed. Everyone is quiet as they read the names on the memorial. After all of these years Americans still remember those young men.
