  • Chocolate Sunshine

    I had a rough day yesterday, partly because of hormones. I had a craving for chocolate so I found my chocolate stash and a few pieces. (they were small) I actually felt better! So I guess the chocolate cure is not a myth!

  • Way to Save Money in the Grocery Store

    Not recommended for those with weak bladders or are pregnant.
    Go to the grocery store when you have to use the bathroom, and refuse to use their bathroom. You will shop faster and will only buy what is on your list. You don’t have time for impulse buys!! It worked for me!
