The Happy Homemaker

I am from Tennessee and am 30 years old. I am in the LDS faith. I was a world traveler, new age multiculturalist and an ESOL teacher for Hamilton County Schools before becoming a full time homemaker. I can’t sew but love cooking, especially international foods. Right now I am working on my baking skills. I am teaching my kids Russian at home. We are currently reading the Old Testament as a family. I get my passion for politics out of my system by keeping a political blog called Blogdiana after the ancient kingdom of Sogdiana.

Aziz is my husband from Uzbekistan. He is a Christian convert. He was active duty in the US Army and is now in the reserves. He loves to run and teaches the kids about health and exercise.

Victoria is 5 and in kindergarten. She is learning Chinese and loves the computer. She is working hard learning how to write and read. She helps her mommy whenever she can. She loves to cook.

Jonny is 3 and is my Science geek. He loves Star Wars and Spiderman and already reads comic books. He loves to go to the zoo and observe penguins. Penguins are his favorite animal.

Aron or Ron Ron is 1 and is trying to walk and talk. He is a very aggressive boy who tries to copy his older brother.
